with 20+ years in the industry, a education from the Culinary

side-by-side with scores of professional chefs, mentors, fellow
cooks and students.
Marissa has been a dining critic and food writer, consultant, and
has worked as a line cook, a kitchen manager, and owned her
own catering business and gourmet-to-go shop.
Marissa's formal education continues with professional instruction
at the Culinary Institute of America and the French Culinary
Institute.
